FRIENDS OF

Dedicated to helping save lives by providing donor and volunteer support to the Stafford County Animal Shelter, FOSCAS provides medical care, food, supplies and more to help the shelter care for their loving shelter pets.  The Stafford County Animal Shelter has an open admission policy, and turns no animal away.  Close to 2000 animals a year pass through their doors.  FOSCAS is dedicated to helping the Stafford County Shelter make sure these animals receive the best possible care and find their forever home.

The FOSCAS is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3)organization, and not a part of the Stafford County government. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law and are gratefully accepted, no matter the amount.
